Teacher didn't show up. I was then given a time to return later in the day to complete the course and it was only when I came back later that day, I was told they decided to cancel it altogether.

I was told I would be provided a refund but I had to call up. Then I had to fill out a form. It's been a couple of weeks and I haven't received any updates or a refund. They did offer me a time to reschedule but there were only two time slots available and they were within the following 2 weeks with no other times after that. I have to give notice to my work to get time off so it wasn't possible.

Helen was an amazing teacher. She delivered the information in a way that kept us engaged for the 6h of the course.
The advanced first aid course was very complete and thorough and we really enjoyed it! Will recommend to friends and family!

Did the 100% online course.
Coursework was quite difficult. Not enough information about what happens if you do not get 100%. However, l do recommend as I feel very confident and equipped as a first aider now.
Book your practical zoom session at least a week in advance as you need time to get the first aid kit sent to you.

The course felt very informative and it was flowing very well. The teacher was good at explaining, engaging with us and she was friendly. I didn’t feel bored as it happened before with another First Aid class.

As always the presenter was bright, cheerful and made the learning fun and easy to understand. However, I attended with 3 other staff from a local kindy and we were amazed that attending a CPR course for our workplace we were not invited or allowed to practice this procedure on the child mannequins. The 3 people who were identified as being childcare workers were invited to practice on babies, child and adult mannequins. When we informed the presenter that we were educators of 4 years old children and why couldn’t we practice on the child mannequins she said she didn’t really know and that we should just use the baby and adult mannequins as was set out on the floor. This seemed quite ridiculous to us as we left having practiced on babies and adults, but not main clients of our centre, 4 year old children. This aspect was disappointing for our staff and would have been totally unsatisfactory if it had been their first CPR class. Could you please look into how kindergarten educators can receive access to relevant training for the children in our care in the future. Thank you Deb.

Make sure you check the dates when booking! I was hit with a $22 cancellation fee when I chose the next available day on the callender for my course, not realising that it was a week later. I called up immediatlety after I noticed but it didn't matter, I had apparently agreed to that in the TC's.
I could understand the fee if I cancelled closer to the set date, but to be charged for the course that I accidently booked two weeks away is pretty scummy.
