All the contents and presentation were best. But the speed of spoken presentation left me scratching my head several times. As I’m from a non English speaking background, I found very hard to understand most of the video lectures and face to face verbal presentation. Would be even better than best if the trainers be bit slow and Loud while giving verbal presentation in future. Thanks for giving me this opportunity to express my thoughts.

I had my training on the 18th of March in Parramatta. I forgot the young woman’s name that went through the course work with us. However she was great at what she did. She was very thorough and very informative. Enjoyed the day.

Training was awesome and learn alot. Trainer was so energetic and friendly demonstrate procedure very well. The venue was hidden, so hard to find we wander around which was annoying.

It was a well-informed training, and I learnt techniques in a way I’m sure I can remember easily. Especially DRSABC. My only negative is that whilst the instructor was effective in her delivery, I found her to be a bit rude and abrupt at times, making certain students feel embarrassed.
Other than that, it was worthwhile doing.
