What can I say… your govt has produced a policy that will decimate the pharmacy industry as we know it, with no real consultation, with analysis of its own policy AFTER announcing it, and yet you still have the audacity to block pharmacists out. Block small business owners who put the blood and sweat into supporting those who voted you in.

Have the decency to step up to the plate. Communicate with those who you’re meant to represent. You can turn this around Fiona.

Have attempted in engaging with Fiona several times regarding the drastic changes that are being made to community pharmacy, and hoped to have some contact from her after I also attended several of her functions in previous years in her election campaigns. But she has not allowed any contact via social media, and any email enquiries resulted in generic cookie-cutter replies not addressing any of my concerns for the pharmacy health sector.
I'd giver her Zero stars if I could. Gilmore and Australians deserve better.

Blocked me from commenting on her FB page , so much for a robust democracy. I'm a pharmacist and constituent who is being majorly affected and is not being represented or consulted regarding pharmacy policy changes. Fiona Phillips is fully supportive of the changes and as such will be held accountable at the next election when some pharmacies close and the majority of people end up paying more for services at the local pharmacy.

Blocked after trying to show statistic and facts to her about the pharmacy 60 day prescription change. Job losses and huge income loss to pharmacies. Rural pharmacies facing shutdown. If she won’t listen to her people than who will she listen to. After all she is in a marginal seat!
Never once was I rude or offensive.
She didn’t read any factual information I provided, she Just became offensive and rude. Last time I vote for labour!

Staff provide unbiased support when presented with issues within their control. Responded to me within an hour of me raising concerns with a pathway forward and the offer of further support when navigating legislation. MPs do not have a magic wand, and can not grant every wish of their constituents but when truly needed Fiona and her team have provided invaluable support.

Fiona has blocked most of my colleagues on FB and is a rampage of spreading false data in order to destroy the community pharmacy model that every Australian needs. I have thoroughly investigated the funding cut and it is brutal. Fiona, open your heart and mind and sit with your local pharmacists and understand the issues that will arise from your poorly designed policy to defund pharmacy. It’s never too late !

Fiona has blocked myself (Facebook) and all other pharmacists who dare question the integrity and sustainability of the Government’s medicines policy.
Instead of engaging in productive discussion and trying to understand the issues we are raising she’s ignoring it. This clearly demonstrates a lack of understanding and a lack of interest in understanding.

We are the country’s most accessible healthcare practitioners and this is under threat.
Is that how you expect a Member of Parliament to conduct themselves?

It is not just the Guild Fiona, it’s ALL
PHARMACISTS who understand the issues.
Please liase and engage with them.

Caution with this MP. Fiona is backing policies that have been poorly researched and designed. She has been asked to consult with pharmacy and is avoiding meeting and preferring to call healthcare professionals dishonest and liars.
We are only trying to reduce the drastic impact their policy will have on pharmacy and the patients most in need.

Her colleagues Mark Butler and Jim Chalmers are aware this 60day dispensing policy will mean reduced opening hours, loss of employment for pharmacy staff and increased cost to patients.
