Feels is the absolute best place to do Pilates. Whether you’re an absolute first-timer or a teacher-level pro, they’ve got classes and trainers that will do their most to look after you. I did my first ever class at Feels and never felt nervous or judged or silly. New space is amazing, views are gorgeous too!

Feels pilates at Frenchs forest is such a divine studio. You feel a sense of calm and zen as soon as you walk through the doors. You're always greeted with a smile and a warm face with the lovely instructors. Every one of the instructors are amazingly talented and so good at what they do. Not only are they skilled but they are always pushing you (in the best way possible) to strive for your best and therefore making you feel your absolute best after each class. I've been attending this studio for the past 2 months after not exercising for 2 years postpartum and this has been the only form of fitness that I have been motivated to stay consistent with. There is so much variety with each class and you'll never get bored of the routines as they always mix it up. I am in love with this studio and look forward to being a regular ?

Had my first class at Feels Pilates, and it was fantastic! The studio is aesthetic with a nice view, the instructor was welcoming and attentive, and the sequence of exercises was excellent. I also love the early morning classes they offer from 5:30 AM – perfect for getting a workout in before work. Highly recommend!

FEELS is such a welcome addition in the Forest. Fabulous instructors that create consistently different sequences giving you a full body workout strengthening and toning muscles. The lovely instructors are really welcoming and friendly. The owners have crafted a beautiful environment with gorgeous views over the bush and a range of great merch.

My sister and I LOVE Feels Pilates! It is the most gorgeous studio, super spacious and overlooks the best view of Frenchs Forest (highly recommend taking one of the 6:30am classes to see the sunrise) ?✨ Always a well-rounded workout that leaves me feeling energised and toned ?

All the instructors here are incredible. They bring such energy and expertise to each class, making sure everyone feels comfortable and challenged at the same time. Whether you're a beginner or more advanced, they tailor the workouts perfectly to suit all levels.

They offer 5:30am classes during the week which is an absolute game-changer for someone like myself that wants to get a workout in early.
