Mel is such an experienced yet welcoming pilates instructor. Her classes are always varied, engaging and challenging but she also adapts to meet all fitness and movement levels. As soon as you walk in the door you feel comfortable and welcome by Melinda's friendly demeanour and smiling face 😀

I highly recommended Fearless Movement for anyone wanting to improve their strength, mobility and fitness. You won't be disappointed!

I love Mel's Pilates classes. She's so good at explaining the movements and how they should feel. She's also super accommodating if you have little kids you need to bring along and is very encouraging. Mel really knows her stuff, so get ready for a good burn.

I have been to a few of Mel’s Pilates classes that are held at beachside personal trainers I love the classes because you can really notice when there’s improvement from class to class like “Oh I couldn’t do that last time but now look at me go ! “ it’s great for building strength! Mel makes it look so flawless and easy but it can be quite challenging in a good way! Mel’s classes are really fun and very clear with direction I never feel lost even when I have attended a really full class Mel does a great job at keeping a eye on everyone’s form and techniques and gives feedback if there’s need for change.
The biggest win for me is that I can bring my little man a long and he can be with me the whole time and he loves coming a long and getting his hands on a Pilates ball or taking the opportunity to climb on mum when she’s down at his level . Highly recommend!

Can definitely recommend Mel’s Pilates classes @FearlessMovement. After never having done pilates, I started Mel’s classes at my gym just over a year ago, and they are one of my most favourite classes. Mel is super knowledgeable, very welcoming and makes everyone feel at ease no matter your skill level, and the bonus is, we always have a laugh. I can definitely feel improvement in not only my core, but overall muscle strength and mobility. Such a great class for everyone to do!

Melinda is very passionate about what she does. This means her classes are far from boring and not just with the variety of movements but the engagement she has with each person ensuring your driven to push right to the end through every burn and moan.
She is always happy friendly and ready to teach. You’ll never be disappointed and eager to return just to enjoy the company.

Just love Mel’s Pilates classes. She has a wealth of knowledge, is very good at explaining different techniques and movements, and is super motivating. She’s always so accomodating with bringing my little kids along too.

Highly recommend Mel's classes! She pays close attention to all injuries and limitations and makes sure everyone in the class feels looked after. Pushes you to your potential but makes sure you don't feel silly if you're not very flexy or your core muscles seem to have packed up and taken a holiday. Always has a good alternative up her sleeve and makes you feel like a winner for whatever you can do. Thanks for the burn!!
