My son has been at Faces for two happy years.The staff is dedicated and caring. My child has not only learned a lot but has also developed social skills in this positive and supportive atmosphere. The communication from the staff has been excellent, keeping me informed about my child's progress. I highly recommend this childcare center to any parent looking for a safe and enriching place for their little ones!

The educators truly go above and beyond with the children. They are caring, loving and very attentive as to where every child is at and what they need more assistance with. They always keep parents in the loop even with the smallest things. So grateful to every educator there. Very much like a family.

The educators went out of their way to help with my son’s transition, and he was settled into the new environment within just a few weeks. He was happy and at times he would tell me he misses his educators and want to attend over the weekend!

I like the low staff turnover so you would always see the same educators providing a consistent approach to the children. You could tell they also care about the wellbeing of educators as everyone feels like a friend or family, they are always willing to answer questions relating to your child or provide professional advice on any educational concern.

The rooms and facilities are clean and organised to provide a safe and tailored experience to each child, whether they prefer quiet time or enjoy being active in the outdoor space. There are unique events held throughout the year to celebrate cultural and special occasions including the Mid-Autumn Festival and a Christmas concert at the end of the year where the children and even siblings could showcase their talents and have a great time!

The center has a very neat & tidy environment and teachers are very cordial to the children. From the very first day, we feel welcome here. The teachers are very responsive to the children's need. We recently moved to Australia and enrolled my daughter here for the first time in a new culture, new language and new environment. But with the very caring approach of the teachers she became able to cope up with the environment, language and all. Now I am overwhelmed to see her confidence and positive changes. Thanks to all the teachers for their excellent services

My younger daughter have been attending this childcare for nearly 2 years and she is very happy here thanks to the staff. They are friendly, caring and attentive to the childrens’ needs. They are always happy to answer questions and if a concern arises, it is addressed immediately. There is low staff turnover. Also, the programs provided are enriching. Although compared to other child care centres, the facility is not big or fancy looking, it is the perfect size for smaller kids, is clean and safe. My older child had attended 3 different childcare before going to school and none were comparable to this one. Before enrolling here, was recommended by a couple of people and have since recommended to a few people. Truly cannot recommend this place enough.

Teachers are fantastic! They helped my son a lot. They're patient, brilliant and professional. They'd love to share all experience about kids to parents. That's the reason why I'd love to send my boy go!

I cannot say enough positive things about the childcare service provided by Faces. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt welcomed and at ease knowing our child was in such great hands. The environment is clean, safe, and stimulating for the children, and the staff are all kind, patient and attentive to the needs of the children. The daily reports provided to us have given us peace of mind and kept us informed about our child's day. The activities and curriculum provided are age-appropriate, fun and educational. Our child has thrived in this care, developing new skills and making friends. We are so grateful for the care and support provided by the staff, and we highly recommend this service to any families looking for high-quality childcare.

My two kids enjoyed and learned in this lovely, friendly place.They make lovely friends in this center. They enjoyed the all day health meals in this center. Staff are very responsible with love, my two daughters always shows her song and dance to me that she learned from FACES. Everyday she told me she like center and Educators. My big daughter is going to Kindy this year, I will still keep my small daughter in this wonderful child care center until she go to Kindy. Thanks for all Educators’ efforts and love to my kids!
