All parents with 3+ kids don't bother going to this hole unless you have someone with you to "help" watch your own kids. You will be denied entry as they have a policy of a ratio 2:1 meaning if you have 3 or more kids you need 2 adults to supervise YOUR OWN CHILDREN. PATHETIC. So I don't know what single parents do. Best just stay at home doing nothing because they have a so called ratio deeming parents unfit to supervise their own children.

Just go to Prariewood you don't have to deal with the swine of this place

I love it !! It is a great place to workout and provides a wide range of facilities! Plus if you pay a little extra you can access other leisure centres! I can’t recommend Marvin the PT enough! Very kind and excellent trainer who actively listens to you and what you want to achieve!! What an absolute legend! You can purchase PT packs too and its a lot more affordable than anywhere else!! Bonus- The cardio machines recently got updated and they’re working on a ladies area too! Woot woot!! Go Fairfield !

My family and I went on a swimming day at Fairfeild leisure centre, weren't told at the front desk that half the pool was shut down. The outdoor pool was closed for renovations which meant that only the small indoor pool which was already filled to the brim with people, and the outdoor kids water park was open. My father dropped us off and was coming back to but his entry ticket, was told at the front desk that the pool was full and that no one could enter at this time. My dad tirelessly told them that his whole family was inside, they still didn't let him in. This was a vile and disgusting act out of the staff at Fairfeild, not allowing thr father of his family be with them. When we tried to get a refund for the pool, expensive experience, they refused to do so. Don't recommend this facility at all, poor management that is disrespectful and not considerate.

Awesome big place for kids and parents.
Beautiful park with numerous slides and activity area for specifically different age groups among kids. Many rope based structure mesh/giant n small climb high ropes.

Great pool to take kids (toddler and bigger kids), next to the park which is handy. Change room is not as clean, not sure why people just leave their rubbish eveyrwhere... we went on the Aus day long weekend though so its pretty pack.

Terrible communication with staff when it comes to booking an appointment. I booked at 5:30 for my appointment and was sent the time as well on their app but when I came in they said it was at 5:00. Their app then deleted the appointment time so the staff I talk to have no clue what’s going on. And I’m pretty sure this happened before as well. Last time I thought it just slipped my mind but twice now and this time I spoke to them on the phone directly and looked at the app for appointments it was definitely 5:30.
