I love this training style as it is just right! They have a great atmosphere, training program and great staff who are very helpful all the time! Come here, give your 45 minutes and do whatever they say and thats it, no need to think more 🙂

Having taken out a holiday membership, I have really enjoyed training at f45 Tweed Heads over the last couple of weeks. The crew are knowledgeable and helpful, they’re super friendly and make working really hard fun. Overall, the studio has a great, welcoming and inclusive vibe. I’ve trained at a number of f45 studios over the years, and a number of gyms, this is definitely my favourite. Thanks for having us Michelle, Aaron, Ian and Mel. See you next time!

F45 Tweed Heads has best trainers I’ve ever come by. The team are super friendly, encouraging, compassionate, fun, and will push you past the limits you thought you had. 😅 The workout variety means I’m never bored and I love that everything planned for you. Just turn up and you know you’ll get a great full body burn and be out within 45 mins which is great for me with a busy schedule. Thank you all for helping me to fall involve with a training style I never thought I’d like. ❤️💪🏻😍

I've been an on and off member since they first opened. The team have always been so welcoming, respectful and accommodating to changing circumstances. It is a super family friendly studio, making exercise an achievable and pleasant experience when kids are in tow. I would travel 30+mins just to train here, it is definitely my favourite studio!

With new workout combinations every day and incredible trainers at the tweed heads location you’re guaranteed to get addicted to showing up and moving (maybe dancing too because the music is great!)

F45 is a real community… no matter your athletic ability, your build, or your age, F45 is really a gym for anyone! And the coaches make everyone feel a part of the team!

I decided to give f45 a go after my third baby. I was slightly nervous, but the team instantly made me feel welcomed. The support and energy all the trainers give you is wonderful, and makes you feel like smiling after each workout.
