F45 Orange is a fantastic community. Trainers are knowledgeable and super supportive, classes are varied and challenging. I’d never been one to stick to a regular gym routine in the past but I’ve been with F45 Orange for 4 years now and go at least 4 times a week. They were also really helpful and supportive throughout both my pregnancies and I trained up to 8 months each time. Can’t recommend them enough!
