I have been to F45 bathurst for a year now and I cannot speak highly enough of this gym. It has helped with my fitness, weight/muscle mass and overall well-being. The coaches are passionate and helpful- able to support us, give great technique feedback, push us to work harder while also giving modifications for injuries/ability levels. Great community feel- I look forward to going to the classes.

I love F45 Bathurst! I have never been able to commit to a “regular” gym but F45 keeps me coming back. It’s great that you turn up workout and leave to enjoy your day.

Since staring at f45 I have loved every minute! From the superstar coaches to the engaging sessions! The gym has never really been my thing but I love coming to each and every session! I would absolutely recommend it to anyone wanting to give it a try!

I have bought gym memberships, looked at the advertising of cross fit with their max rep, hard core grunting and I have never stuck to it.
F45 is about doing your best, no matter what age, fitness or weight you are. It’s about living your life being fit enough and strong enough to be functional in your day to day activities.
No mirrors, no watching other people excercise. No thinking!
It’s all laid out for you!.
F45 bathurst is an inclusive gym, a great community and worth every cent you pay. It’s programmed perfectly to reduce the chance of injury. The trainers are awesome and welcoming. Come along… come and say hi!… we all would love to meet you!

I’m not new to the gym scene and have to say Bathurst F45 is by far my fave 🤩 So much fun, so friendly and always an amazing workout. Trainers Sam, Sarah, Elise, Gabby etc rule! ❤️
