My child attends Explore and Develop Glenmore Park and is currently in the Koala Room. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of care and education she receives.

The teachers in the Koala Room are amazing! They demonstrate great skill and dedication, and their genuine concern for my child's well-being is evident. Their attentiveness and support make me feel confident that my child is in good hands.

The centre’s management is also great. We are greeted each morning with a happy face! It’s clear that they have put a lot of thought into creating a nurturing and efficient environment.

The educational program is both engaging and comprehensive. It keeps the children entertained while promoting their learning and development. My child’s language development has increased since being here and I’m so thankful for it.

I couldn’t be happier with Explore and Develop Glenmore Park. The combination of great teachers, management, and a supportive environment makes it an excellent choice for any parent. I highly recommend it.

I’m very happy with our experience at Explore and Develop Childcare Centre in Glenmore Park. My three-year-old has been attending for six months and the staff have been fantastic-professional, enthusiastic and caring. They care a warm and welcoming atmosphere that feels like a second home.

The centre is bright, clean and well organised, with safe play areas and classrooms full of engaging materials. The curriculum is well balanced with a mix of learning and play. My child comes home excited to talk about their day, which shows how much they enjoy it and how much they have learned. Communication has been great. I get regular updates on my child’s progress and the staff are always available to discuss any concerns. The safety measures, like the secure entry system and careful supervision, give me peace of mind.

I highly recommend Explore and Develop Childcare Centre to other parents looking for a high-quality and caring childcare environment.

We love Explore and Develop, Glenmore Park. Our twins have been enrolled here for over a year now and they are always so happy to attend ‘school’. The staff are approachable, understanding and have excellent communication skills. Elaine, the owner, is so accommodating and have had no trouble getting the days we need. Highly recommend!

GO ELSEWHERE!!!
So many issues over the 2.5 years being there. High turnover of staff, poor communication from all educators to parents, poor behaviour management (kids are eating playdoh, Lego, and rocks, kids throwing rubber bands at other kids faces, kids running around indoors to physically hurt others but educators don't have effective methods to prevent this they only say stop which doesn't stop the action, physical injury to my child face numerous times), poor treatment of staff (forced to come to work when sick due to lack of staff), many understaffed rooms, a few educators showing favouritism and grooming mannerisms.

High fees $151+ and yet if your child has a birthday you need to pay $5 to the centre staff for the kitchen to make cupcakes for the room. I checked my terms and conditions upon starting and it does not state this. Also there was no communication of this until after the centre manager's husband was forcing me to pay for the cupcakes which I told him I never had to previously. He tried to make me go with him to talk to the centre chef immediately. I said I would do so later as I didn't like being pressured to do so. The kitchen regularly makes cupcakes and muffins on the menu and it just replaces the regular afternoon tea snack when there is a birthday. It is not an additional treat and the icing is just runny icing ontop of a cupcake.

Trainee who quit added parents personally on social media of kids she was close to. The trainee asked if she can take my child to the park then said her friend who is an childcare educator will come too I declined and then later wanted to personally take my child to swimming lessons outside of daycare hours on her days off if I'm unable to. I declined as this is a red flag for child protection. My child hated getting her diaper changed and this only occurred in this room where the trainee was. I raised this to centre manager and director and they did not follow through investigating or lodging a formal complaint since the trainee quit and moved to another centre. The centre doesn't look out for well being of children otherwise they should have legally followed through.

Unprofessional behaviour from staff centre manager and husband, I was heavily pregnant and a parent had a flat tyre on a hot day with two kids in the car. I offered the parent some help and I told office staff and centre manager maybe they can help or see if the parent is ok. But they looked through the window and scoffed how can you help your pregnant. I said I could drop the parent somewhere if needed. The husband of centre manager asked me "do you know how many tyres I've changed" yet they just sat there and did nothing. So insensitive especially as it's a parent who pays and comes to their centre.

I withdrew my child from the centre due to poor behaviour management resulting in three repeative physical injuries (scratch, pinch, hit) to my child's face within a few months. The scratch left a permanent scar on the cheek. All occurred in supervised group activities. I complained to the director and centre manager and they said they are doing everything they can which is clearly not enough!! My 3 year old child developed severe anxiety resulting in a meltdown and refusal just driving in the direction of the centre. My child has been biting her fingers all year as a coping mechanism, she withdrew from people, she would cry and hide behind me each day at drop off's. There was no empathy or reassurance of methods they are doing to provide a safe and inclusive environment. The centre staff had numerous excuses they can't separate the child that's causing injuries and also they said that that child is hurting many other children. To openly say that and not have effective behaviour management is extremely alarming. I had to stand my ground and force them to email me what they will do to fix the situation as this is definitely not a safe environment. Numerous staff kept trying to question what daycare I was going to send my child next. Clearly no care is held for my child's physical and social needs.

Explore and Develop Glenmore Park is amazing. My 4 boys have gone to so many preschools over the years and hands down Explore and Develop have been the best. With great affordable prices, excellent educators and office staff they have made my son’s experience and transition to Kindergarten easy and fun. There has never been a tantrum about going but always one about going home. I would rate them out of everyone school over the years a 10/10 I have loved our time there.

One of best childcares i would recommend in Glenmore Park. Great team and friendly to kids.

I enrolled my child in this day care for 6 months before she is about to start her school. As i moved into the suburb recently. Within short span of time i noticed good improvement in her ability to express herself . They have a really good environment for kids to learn and make friends

Explore and Develop Glenmore Park is such a beautiful and well run centre. I honestly can’t fault them. The staff are warm and professional and genuinely care about each child. The centre owner, Elaine, is the most wonderful and caring woman and she makes you feel like part of a family the minute you enter the centre. The Centre Manager, Melissa, is incredibly professional and addresses any concerns (there haven't been many!) quickly and really listens and works hard to make sure the kids are as happy and safe as possible. My son is 4.5 and participating in their school readiness program (he has been there since he was baby). He has just thrived and learned so much, in a warm and supportive environment. My 1 yr old daughter is now attending also and has settled in quickly and smoothly. She absolutely loves the educators and seems so happy every day. I can’t recommend this wonderful centre enough. It’s a very special thing to leave your child with people every day knowing they will take care of them as well as you would (some days, probably better!).
