Compared to my daughter’s previous centre, since being at Evergreen she has flourished as an individual. The educators always supporting both our needs throughout her time in care. She sleeps, eats and plays just as she would at home. I couldn’t be happier with my choice of care at evergreen.

Sweet, loving, caring, patient and understanding are just a few of the words that could be used to describe how phenomenal the centre and the educators are. They welcomed my daughter with open arms and always fulfill my daughter's requirements and share her day to day routine whenever i go and pick her up. The best in the business and definitely have recommended family and friends to them!

UPDATED REVIEW:
I want to leave my original review because for over 2 years evergreen was a great daycare for my son. However as he grew up and developed behavioural struggles (he is developmentally delayed and is attending therapy through NDIS) they started to struggle to care for him. We arranged for a behavioural therapist to write a support plan to help the daycare deal with the situation using the last $8000 from our NDIS plan to do so. Whether they realised they don’t have the capacity to deal with children who have these struggles or whether it was due to pressure from parents complaining (my son is 3 years old) the end result was he was expelled before they had the chance to even read the behaviour support plan. The support plan is now pointless and a waste of funds and the behavioural therapist and speech therapist told us pulling him out of daycare is the worst thing we can do but here we are. We were willing to reduce our days even more than we had already, we had more strategies we were ready to try but in the end it didn’t matter. Since he was a baby he has been at this daycare and there was never a day when he wasn’t over the moon and happy to get to the daycare to see his “friends” he adored some of the educators here and I am beyond heartbroken that it has ended this way for him. I understand that it’s a difficult situation for everyone and I understand that he did hurt some other children however he was hurt as well even picked on by another child according to the staff. We never complained once, we understood that these are children who are growing and learning and there is no malice there. We understood that these injuries he got would heal and he would be fine and that it’s not appropriate to try and punish or remove that child from an environment that they need to be in in order to overcome these struggles and develop alongside his peers. All in all we do appreciate the good memories he had there and the relationships he formed with some of the educators but I really do feel that whatever the real reason there was more that could have been done that would have perhaps helped, we had support and we had other strategies to try.

PRIOR REVIEW:
From the moment I walked in the doors with my son for a tour I was at ease which is a big difference from the other daycares I had toured. I cannot thank the team at Evergreen enough they made starting daycare a breeze and were even available for a hug for this mumma when I dropped my son off in the first day lol.
Honestly the most amazing place and my son LOVES everyone there. We are both very thankful ❤️

I have nothing but great things to say about Evergreen and all their educators. Our son has been with Evergreen for over 4 months now and everyone has been amazing in helping him settle in! All educators are warm and friendly and make you feel so welcome. The centre is spacious and always clean, all the educators are beyond helpful and professional. We could not be happier and very grateful to be a part of the Evergreen family!

Choosing Evergreen was the best decision we could've made and we're so grateful to have a place there. The standard of care is exceptional, from the food provided to the consistent updates, daily photos, and open communication. The staff have been so accomodating in so many ways, e.g. rocking our little one to sleep at naptime and assisting with our weaning journey. It's a huge relief to know our baby is being treated with love, care, and respect. Our son absolutely loves coming to Evergreen each day and that is all thanks to the wonderful team that make him feel so safe, comfortable, and happy. Thank you Evergreen!

I am so lucky that my daughter is going to one of the best early education centres, Evergreen. It’s been 5 months and it’s heartening to see her skills developing so fast. All the educators are very professional and caring. The centre is spacious and very hygienic. I am grateful to all the staff at Evergreen and highly recommend this centre.
