I just completed the CTA ( Career Transition Assistance) course with the Port Macquarie office. I found this course to be absolutely invaluable. I gained the confidence and tools to think outside the box when it comes to finding employment. The course trainer, Andrea, was fantastic. She is engaging, encouraging, entertaining and a wonderful person.

I recently attended and completed a CTA (Career Transition Assistance Training Course) at ETC Port Macquarie. I must admit I had some reservations about the prospect, but I soon found myself looking forward to each new day of learning. Our trainer, Andrea, is an absolute gem, and made each day an enjoyable and rewarding learning experience. I didn't realise how little I knew about modern job-seeking and recruiting techniques and practices. The other ETC staff I encountered were friendly, helpful and respectful. A great experience!

If you are thinking about doing CTA (Career Transition Assistance Training Course), then I would highly recommend! Andrea, the trainer, was so knowledgeable, helped everyone with resumes & the skills you need when going to an interview. Nothing was a trouble for her and she made the whole course fun. I recently attended the Career Transition Assistance course that was provided by ETC and found it to be excellent and exceeded my expectations. I thought that my Resume and Cover Letters were already of a high standard but after using the skills and tools from this course they went to the next level which helped me to secure a full time position at an organization that I was applying for unsuccessfully for months. I thoroughly recommend the CTA course to anyone that may be struggling at a career crossroad or need a boost in confidence in the job application process.

This course has given my the confidence to enter the workforce again. As a person plagued with medical issue which impact my self confidence I would definitely recommend this course to anyone trying to get started. The course instructor was wonderful giving clear and informative advice and information, the class was a very pleasant place to be with lots of support from fellow students and we all had lots of fun.

Excellent! Yesterday, with Sarah Hudson as our trainer, I completed 'Provide First Aid (HLTAID011) + CPR (HLTAID009)'. The course content was relevant, easy to understand and put into practice. Sarah was Fabulous!!! She really knew her stuff and the practical knowledge and demonstrations were exactly what is needed. She presented it all in a calm, effective, fun environment. Sarah could not have done any better!!!
