Dena has been most helpful and understanding with a high level of empathy when I was going through an horrific ordeal with the home invasion and the theft of my cars amongst other things plus the incredibly long time it took the insurance company to repair my vehicle (5 months). She helped me through all that and she has always treated me with kindness and respect. Her level of support for me was outstanding with my job seeking which I am pleased to say I have secured a full-time job and new career. Very grateful for Dena's assistance.

My experience with ETC has been excellent. My employment service provider is Dena in the Kempsey office and she has been awesome!
I recently moved from Sydney back to the Mid north Coast after losing a close relative down there.
Dena has been understanding and extremely helpful, making my transition so much easier. Dena has also assisted me to enrol and participate in some courses which will help me to widen my job prospects... Dena is awesome! Thank you Dena
