Wonderful place to learn. They never gave up on me and supported me through a Cert III and a Diploma after I had not been in school for 25 years. I can not recommend them more highly. Always available for help and you can study online if you live to far to attend classes. Most of their courses are funded under Smart and Skilled, so there is a minimum cost for an excellent qualification in Community Services. I am so glad I found them and would not be where I am today without them.

I must say i had a wonderful experience with this institute especially the trainer Kim is highly professional and supportive. She taught us everything thing that relevant to this industry as well as she helped me make my resume. Even more, Taylor and Kim both found placements for me. I am pretty happy that with Kim efforts i have secured one job. All the staff members are professional and supportive. Thanks again to Kim and Taylor

I highly recommend studying with essential skills, always very helpful team. I completed certificate IV and diploma of community service with them whenever I needed help they answered what I needed. I highly recommend studying with essential skills, as they are brilliant teachers and help you with any struggles you may have. I lost my mother to brain cancer this year, and essential skills were nothing but kind to me through such a hard time in my life. Since I was on maternity leave, my work decided I couldn't continue with the course and cancelled it, with only a handful of sessions left. Essential skills allowed me to finish the course, which I can't thank enough. They make the class a fun place to learn, while keeping it very professional. I have studied with them twice and am so pleased I did. Michelle Worth is a brilliant teacher, and she is clever and admirable. Thank you guys for being fantastic and giving people the best chance to up-skill their profession. Thank you, Alisha Vicary, for being amazing as well.

The most amazing training facility, all the staff are very friendly and super engaged to help and facilitate in your learning. The level of communication is exceptional, explaining everything in fine details to make sure you 100% understand everything before moving on..
Questions were always welcomed and you were never made to feel like a question was silly...

Was a bit apprehensive about returning to study at nearly 60. Now I’m thinking about doing more. The instructors are fabulous, helpful and very approachable. Great place to study.
