I have long standing head and neck pain and have seen multiple physios over the years. There has been benefits but no resolution. My GP recommended Tim and his practice. After one visit, I have confidence he will add more to the mix. He is attentive, asks many questions and listens. He did various strength tests and explained what he believes is going on. My exercise was explained well and he advised what I should/should not be feeling in terms of pain. I look forward to my next appointment.

I went to Equip Physiotherapy to visit Physio John Ma who specialises in Vertigo and Dizziness, and I wanted to commend his professionalism, his extensive knowledge, his patience as well as his expertise in diagnosing and understanding the client. Once in a while I would experience vertigo at the end of the day or right at the beginning of the day, and John helped me understand why I had these episodes and gave me some exercises and treatment that has solved my issues. Having balance and dizziness issues, with increasing worry about tripping and falling, I was thrilled to find John during my clinical pilates class with Tim. He explained that vertigo is a symptom not an inevitable part of life and with a quick treatment, the problem was fixed. He then started me on a balance program that trains the inner ear, eyes and brain. The exercises can easily be done at home using an app updated by John each visit. I’m walking better and making excellent progress. My biggest takeaway is that these problems can be successfully treated and John is professional and knowledgeable but can also share a laugh. Give these guys a try, you will be pleasantly surprised.

My experience with Equip Physiotherapy has been very beneficial. My knee injury is progressively improving with every visit. The treatment in clinic & supported by home exercise & then Pilates is really doing the trick. It feels so good to get moving without ongoing pain .

He was excellent- very knowledgeable, he conducted a comprehensive assessment and I now have a clear management plan. It’s already reducing my symptoms. Just wish I had seen him sooner!
