I'm lucky to know the ETC college in Auburn from one of my friends. After visiting the ETC college office at the first time, I was very engaged with the information about the Aging support courses and the Disability support courses from staff there. The staff are so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The teachers are practical and dedicated to teaching and training students. The office admins are so supportive and kindly. The materials are also very helpful. I has been equipped with qualified knowledge and skills during the course before taking placement and really happy to receive job at the same the aged care where I completed my placement. Thank you very much for Mr. Uddhab to get agreement with the aged care for my placement and much appreciated all teachers Prasanta and Inder Jit and staff Ashim and Sarita of the ETC college. I strongly recommend the ETC college for anyone who are looking for a very trusted and qualified training place to gain the Aging care support and the Disability support courses.

I recently completed the Age Care and Disability Course at Encourage Training College(ETC), and I can confidently say that it was an incredibly rewarding experience. The program is well-structured, offering a comprehensive curriculum that covers both theoretical knowledge and practical skills essential for working in the age care and disability sectors.
The instructors are knowledgeable and passionate about their fields, bringing huge lot of experience into the classroom and sharing with us.

Five start for well managed classes and very helpful staffs.I did Certificate IV in Disability and had a great experience during the course. Currently i am working as a disability support worker in one of the disability home. Thank you ETC.
