My support coordinator Tanika from Empowered is absolutely amazing. She is always there when I need her and she helps me with so much. Tanika always manages to brighten up my day even when I'm at my worst. I feel very honoured to have her as my coordinator, she is someone that can not be replaced.

Empowered Community Services has completely changed my perspective and life quality. All of the staff go above and beyond the standard of care and genuine support. I started before lockdown and they have totally enriched my mental health and wellbeing. Each and every support worker brings their own perspective to work and I value that essence greatly. I couldn’t ask for a better outcome. Totally patient with the process and decisions I make daily and the management team are never too busy to help out. This is definitely Newcastle’s best business. I have a reason to believe in the potential for overcoming my fears through faith and trust. I highly recommend Empowered Community Services and the flexibility of all staff. Wellness is foremost and always is the priority. 5 Stars ✨

The fact that staff here understand what masking is gives my autistic soul such comfort. On the outside I often look neurotypical, but inside my brain is like a 50 balls going at once tennis match. That the staff have the training about the psychology involved with a lot of mental disabilities and are encouraging gives me the peace that I won't have to deal with the discrimination I've gotten from other companies in the past.
