Em is amazing! Super nice and comforting when learning a new move, gives you so much confidence and believes in you which is a must when learning pole! She has helped build my confidence up so much! Such a fun friendly environment were everyone cheers everyone on no matter how small or big your achievement is, such a nice place to make some good friends for life! 100% recommend xx

I love my nights at em.pire. All the students have the best hype up when you get a move, and everyone is so supportive! I feel really empowered by Ema & the other students which is why I keep going back every week. I highly recommend jointing if you are looking for a motivating, challenging and fun way to do pole & fitness!

Em.Pire has been a lovely studio to go to. Emma is always quick to respond to messages and has been helpful every time. The instructors (Kaye especially) are amazing and take the time to help people individually throughout the class. Classes sizes are small, it's a fun and encouraging atmospehere.

I have been attending Empire pole fitness since it opened, i so enjoy the classes, the girls and boys, are like family or close friends, giggling and chatting while working on moves, the best is when someone gets a move or achieved something that has been unattainable from them, is the best, everybody is soo supportive, such a self esteem boost.
Its like the best way to become stronger and fitter in comfortable environment, accepting of all ages.
As i know im of over 50 bracket now. Cheers

This studio is amazing. No one is a number and it’s a lot of fun. We work hard and laugh hard. It’s a community not just a studio. The teachers are all so lovely and approachable and I’ve made some amazing friends through pole
