it was an OK experience. my first time trying a head spa.
unfortunately it wasn't great. I paid for a 60 minute package and it went for less than that time.
my friends next to me had their packages start before me and finish after me (even though we all had 60 minutes package). and the girl who did mime (who seemed to be the receptionist?), kept leaving to do things. so it wasn't a full hour. she just kept walking off and I would just sit there waiting with a wet head. she would leave the tap running too....no, I don't mean the waterfall headwash thing, she would just leave the tap running randomly into the basin. and she would take off and be doing random stuff.
I kept looking to the girls next to me and they got massaged the whole time and I would just be laying there. so I don't recommend

Heard of the student prices, but accidentally came during the students holidays. Booked over the phone.
Got a nice lady. $35 for gel including design. Fair price.
However, a couple things that weren’t so good.
I chose a specific colour, almost a navy colour. The nail tech saw me choosing a colour for a while. The bottle she brought was not the same colour. She told me that the sample I looked at was old and the colour had gone off. Even so, I would’ve appreciated if she asked me if I wanted to choose another colour considering I had given the colour so much thought.

Paint doesn’t have the fat feeling like gel either.
Given the price, stars were painted reasonably straight.

Two days after I got my nails done, a corner of my right index paint chipped. The next day, two other fingers chipped paint. Even with the price, I hardly think gel nail should be cracking this quickly and easily.
(Nails I paint at home don’t even crack like this)

Even though this place is cheap, am unsure as to whether I will come back because the short last nails.

I would urge all couples to stay away from this place. My husband and I arrived for our head spa appointment only to be turned away by Nina because a group of women who were booked at the same time as us did not want to be in the same room as a male, due to their religious beliefs. I was shocked that a business in Australia was condoning this. I had actually made a point to ask the business prior to booking whether the service was suited for men and was assured that many couples attend the spa and that a curtain would be drawn around us. In fact while we were there we observed another male/female couple exit the spa having finished their service. So I couldn't believe that we were being asked to leave to enforce other customers' religious beliefs! This is pure sex discrimination and is 100% illegal. They offered my husband to have a massage in another room instead (not the service we wanted, also he is not a pariah). As an alternative they suggested we leave and return 2 hours later when the group of women would be finished. This would mean us wasting our time and incurring further parking fees - after having driven an hour already to get there. Basically we had no choice but to take the refund of our deposit and leave, all because my husband is male. As foreshadowed to Nina, I have lodged a formal complaint with Anti-Discrimination NSW as no one in this State should have to be tossed out by a business because of their sex. This business has a lot to learn.

I wanted to like this so much but unfortunately I didn’t. We booked a head spa and foot massage peel pedicure they were both rushed and there was no real massage the head spa was just a wash and scratches of the scalp the video on social media was completely different to what we received no massage of the scalp or shoulders And the pedicure was not done properly toes not cleaned or cut properly and there wasn’t a massage at all. The ladies seemed very nice however that isn’t enough

My husband and I had a wonderful 2 hour spa today at Elegant Beauty Nail and Hair Spa💗. The therapists were very friendly and knowledgeable in their service. Highly recommend this place to anyone who loves to have serenity and relaxation to it's max 😊🌹

Wonderful experience . Just booked 1 hour session . Should of book 2 hour since i just fell sleep in the end of the treatment . They just do the normal blow dry but my hair is still very smooth and silky . Definitely will come back

one of the best beauty school in sydney that I have been.

it is situated just a few minutes walk from the nearest Cabramatta train station. the school is near some restaurants which you can go and visit before or after your visit to this school.

the school offers facial, waxing, nails and other services. most of the student who did the said services are superb although not everyone are good.

I had facials, waxing and nails done.

most students are not English speaking background which can be an issue to some but non verbal cues can still help you get things done like colours of nails - select colours from the sample of colours and show to students which one you like therefore it won’t be much of an issue.
the only thing about the nails is that, if you don’t have time to come back to have it removed professionally.. one would have the entire nails off which can be very painful and risky.
one good thing about the school is that, the owner is very strict regarding all entrant.. everyone must check in and wear mask 😷, which I highly admire.

Mum and I had the Japanese head spa. Our hair felt so soft, shiny and silky. The facial made my skin look brighter and soft! Highly recommend !
