Attended a Saturday night acoustic session by a trio, did not know what to expect but we wanted to see what this place was all about.

The show was due to start at 7pm, we arrived at 6.30pm and could hear the live music coming out of this old style shed/ barn...the doorperson was kind to let us in early to fend off the cold. When we asked for a drinks menu we were told to rush next door to the bottle'o...I was in heaven!!! We also popped to the supermarket next door got some munchies and rushed back to El Horses. The set up is rustic with comfortable old sofas around the walls and pop up chairs in the middle areas in front of the stage. It is a reasonable size place you could fix 200 plus people quite comfortably maybe more. If you get there early enough you can grab some blankets to help keep warm. The acoustics of the place aren't the best but the atmosphere more than makes up for it. We are lucky to have such a live venue come up in Nowra. Well done to the organisers and staff. Thank you can't wait to visit again!!!

First time at El Horses last Friday, to see On the Stoop. Such a warm, welcoming and inclusive venue. The band was brilliant and engaging. Danced and enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end! I’ve missed live music since moving from Sydney’s inner west and I feel like I’m back there!!
