Jamie Kirschner of Education Advocates of America has been amazing to have as our advocate. Jamie has extensive experience working in the school system and it shows. She listened to our concerns and was able to help us better understand what evaluations we needed for our child and why. When the school stated they did not believe it was necessary to complete certain evaluations Jamie spoke up and explained to the school why it was essential. She was also extremely knowledgeable about supports we could request (that we did not even know were an option!). Jamie also made sure our child’s voice was heard and considered. Jamie was extremely personable and professional. Because of having Jamie as our advocate we are now getting what our child needs in school. We highly recommend Jamie for anyone needing help to advocate for their child! We cannot thank her enough!

Jamie is incredible! She's knowledgeable, thorough, communicative, and direct. She will truly fight for your child as if they were her own. She has been invaluable in obtaining an IEP for my nephew. A quest we started in April 2023. We started working with Jamie this past February and within 3 months, my nephew was placed in a school best suited for him, with a great IEP in place. With her expertise, she has helped us get him the help he needs and is entitled to. We are still fighting the district on a few more services, but with Jamie by our side, we have no doubt we will acquire those, too. Thank you for everything, Jamie!

Dr. Gabrielle Baker was exceptionally responsive, thorough, and informative throughout our interaction. She ensured that my concerns were addressed and that no questions went unanswered during our meeting. I truly felt heard and valued. I highly recommend her services and only wish I had found her sooner! Without Gabrielle advocacy, I wouldn’t have been able to secure the IEP and essential support my son needed. Her dedication made all the difference, and I’m incredibly grateful for her assistance!

If you are an Autism parent do not think twice about hiring Jamie. She is extremely knowledgeable all things Autism and the school district. We are new to Autism, IEPs and the Step Up Scholarship so decided to have a meeting with Jamie to see what I was missing and I’m am SO glad I did. After she reviewed our current IEP and my son’s school reports she knew exactly what was missing off his IEP. By her taking the time to do this it earned my son an additional $10,000 a year for the Step Up scholarship. I cannot say enough great things about her.

Jamie is a gift. From the moment she joined our team to help out 8 year old she made us feel at ease, and like we would be able to help our daughter with her new diagnosis of dyslexia. She was able to sit in on our CSE meeting with our district where were able to get my daughter all the services that she needed and then some. Our daughter just got her first 100 on her math test! She will be by our side for any future meetings as well and we so grateful to have found her!

Ive only had Jamie working with me for a short while but she has been great! Her name was everywhere in the special needs community group on Facebook for my county (people recommending her) so I reached out. She got back to me quickly and set up an initial consult. I was highly impressed during the initial consultation. She really knows her stuff and will fight for your child. The school district for the county I live in was like a brick wall initially and I was stressed out fighting for the best services for my son but things have gone much better with Jamie’s help. I feel happy and relieved to have her on mine and my son’s team for the next year.
