I cannot recommend Robert Baird highly enough to any women who are seeking intuitive, empathetic, supportive and comprehensive neurodivergent assessments for categories such as ASD. It is hard to find a psychologist who understands the different ways neurodivergence presents in females and Robert was able to tap into the subtleties especially in areas I hadn’t seen myself. Self actualisation is so important and without Robert I would still be wondering. I was skeptical about seeing a male psychologist when neurodivergent markers in females, especially middle aged females, are so often missed, dismissed or labelled as ‘just hormonal’. I am so glad I ignored this skepticism because Robert was brilliant. I would happily see him weekly just for a chat!

My experience has been mostly good. Not really any issues I've came across over the last 7 years up until now.

Educare offer many different services in one place. I enjoy the convenience of going to one place of Psychology, Occupational Therapy and Psychiatry. Receptionists and administration are always organised and prompt. Therapists are passionate about what they do and treat clients with respect for their autonomy. Educare treats both adults and children. NDIS registered.

Dr. Robert Baird is a really great psychologist.

He's super smart, kind, and always ready to help. We went to him to check if my 6-year-old son might have ADHD and Dyslexia. Dr. Baird was super friendly and made my son feel comfortable the whole time.

He listened to all our questions and gave us clear answers. He even helped us find other local services who could help my son right away.

Dr. Baird is amazing for anyone who needs to see a psychologist. I highly recommend working with him. We're definitely going to see him again.

We have been attending services at Educare for years when required. We always know that our requests will be addressed respectfully and promptly. My children are always willing to attend and participate in sessions because the staff & practitioners make them feel valued & safe at all times.
The only thing I don’t love is the location and lack of parking, particularly during times I have reduced mobility. This is not a reflection of the quality of services provided though.

All the practitioners that are involved with both my children have been amazing. Both kids love their Dr's and get excited for appointments. Very personal and understanding of individual needs.
