I bought a pre owned seires 2 xbox elite controller from here and had issues with it within a week. The joysticks started spinning and getting stuck. I just got it exchanged for another pre owned xbox series 2 elite controller. When I got home I tried to put the extended stick on it and it did not fit. I then tried it with another extended stick from my previous series 1 xbox controller. it didn't fit again and to get it exchanged for another one. I have to go in give them the one that I just got exchanged and then wait for them to order another one. or pay the difference for a brand new one. This has been my worst experience with a game store.

The store expansion is awesome and I love the variety.
Their range is huge and always changing. From Pokémon to Harry Potter and everything in between including electronics and computer equipment.
Definitely worth taking a look in the store if you find yourself at Stocklands Nowra.

EB Games has a good selection of games and consoles, but unfortunately, they didn't have any Wii U games in stock when I visited. The staff was friendly and helpful. The reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it would have been nice to have a better selection in-store. Nonetheless, I appreciate their willingness to help me find what I need.

The staff are always friendly here, and they always do their best to answer any questions you have. EB Games is a little over the premium price range however staff and store location / accessibility are pretty good. The only main issues I find are during busy seasons the store can be a little crowded and it's best to visit it without a trolley due to spacing

I just wanted to say I always get lovely service in this store, And as busy as it gets the staff handle it so well! I went in to pick up my Nintendo Switch and a Lightsaber for my partner and we were served by Emma and she is always so lovely and talkative and so helpful!
