Such a well run competition! Knowledgeable and friendly staff who worked hard to make sure our children could play at the times they needed to in their comp. The refs are great. The bench team is great. And they continue to regrade to make sure it's a fair competition for all teams. Really impressed with this organisation. Thanks Easts!

I have never experienced such rudeness and unprofessionalism, the games facilitated by Easts are disorganised and there is never any good communication when there are issues. I’m disappointed in the way i’ve been spoken to. There are constant issues with scoring, the coaches only show up half the time, the training sessions are disorganised and the staff unhelpful. I would never recommend Easts to any families wanting to succeed in basketball in any way.

I cannot say enough good things about East’s basketball. My five year old has been playing in Bondi Junction and it’s been absolutely wonderful. The coaches are fantastic!

We did a holiday camp in Balmain, we couldn’t get into the school, there was no one there to guide us where to go. The school didn’t seem to know anything about the camp. Then we finally found them outside as they hadn’t booked the indoor court. Later it got cancelled due to the weather. It was supposed to be mixed ability but the coaches just focused on the kids who could already play. Wouldn’t go back.

If you want your kids to be called “idiots and losers” look no further!
If I can give less than 1 star I would!

We signed our son with a friend to do a 3 day basketball camp last week and from day 1 the kids came home saying how awful the coach has been to them.
The coach was being rude, name calling the kids, eye rolling at them and just plain mean. By day 3, my son was crying and refusing to go. I contacted the head office to tell them about this coach and how not okay it is to call our kids names. We paid a good amount of money for our kids to have fun and hopefully learn something not so they can be called names and be afraid to attend. Our sons friend’s mum spoke to the coach himself about this name calling that was happening, for which he replied and said “ funny another parent complIed about the same thing!” (That’s actually not funny!).
Head office took my details and said they would have a word with the coaches on for the camp and they would call me back, I never heard back or was told what was done. The coach should at the very least have apologised for the boys for his unacceptable behaviour and I would have expected some sort of compensation for what the boys have experienced but of course nothing happened. Very very disappointing!! Never again!

My 12 year old son has been involved with Easts Basketball for about 6 years. He now even refs for them. We love dealing with them in every way. Their staff are great and their organisation is just wonderful. We feel lucky to be part of their ‘family’

Mac is the BEST! My son has improved a lot since starting at Caringbah. Mac is such a professional, he’s great with the kids and he keeps them motivated. We could not ask for a better coach.

EBL is a wonderful organization. My kids have all participated in games through EBL and have now started as referees. They have absolutely loved it. Communication with them is always easy and they are quick to return any questions. Highly recommend!
