We booked for Bupa medical service and they refused to do my daughter’s medical because she was 3 months old and didn’t had passport. Everywhere else they accepted Original birth certificate issued by NSW government but the bupa medical staff there was so unhelpful she didn’t accept a government document. We had to drive up-to Newcastle just for that. The junction GP was more than happy with original birth certificate and they said that’s enough as Bupa clearly mentioned as acceptable.

2 weeks for an appointment for "New" patients, even though it is where I normally go but because I am hardly ever sick I am penalised. What happened to the good old days when you had a Dr. for your whole life. I don't understand why this place kicks you out of their database for being healthy. Not happy.

The staff in ETMC have gave me the best ever customer service that I have ever experienced. Very polite, gentle, informative, giving privacy. Most important on that day to me was my phone battery was running low and I asked one the Staff and without any hesitation she said she will charge it for me. Thanks to her I could enjoy the drive back home.

Had an excellent experience here for my visa medical
All the staff were so friendly and upbeat and especially the reception staff. Had the best care today by all staff and a fantastic enjoyable experience.

We had medical checkup appointment at 9.30 am. We drove 400 kms from sydney to reach here on time. It is 10.13 am during writing this review but still waiting for our turn. If there was no slot available at 9.30 am , what was the point to offer that slot? Very slow service wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Dr Azadbi is the most amazing person and so caring ❤️ I love her so much I'm back in Sydney n I miss her so much
