My children (ages 9, 7, and 5) recently attended the Little Legends Summit during the school holidays, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The program brings together top-notch professional facilitators in health and wellness, who delivered an exceptional, tailored program for youth.

My kids had an amazing time and came away with a renewed sense of community and well-being. I highly recommend the Little Legends Summit to any parent looking for a meaningful and impactful program for their children.

My son has attended 2 little legend programs and loved them. Such a much needed community program teaching them the skills they need for life. I love that some of the leaders are male as a family with no family support or connection and a busy network we need elders to support our little men (and women) but there’s limited options.i share this program with all of my friends. East Coast Care Connect provides an amazing holiday program for our kids in the local area, learning the skills of meditation, yoga, breathing and ice baths alongside the other activities is truly fantastic. This is teaching our kids tools to help them be more resilient in a fast paced world, giving them tools to connect within and calm, centre and value themselves. Being with kids their own age guided by professionals in their fields is just what our kids need. These programs should run in all schools and should be available for many more kids in the northern rivers during the holidays. I can't thank them enough and we just are hoping for an adult version to be available to more people, at a time when anxiety and mental health issues are on the rise, days like these are invaluable. My daughter has attended three Little Legends programs. What a gift! She has experienced surfing lessons, climbing walls, ice baths, meditation, yoga and superb guidance from amazing local mentors. Not only are the participating kids having a fun time, this program goes so much deeper than that, building resilience, self esteem, healthy habits, respect, positive relationships and mentorship. An amazing initiative by East Coast Care Connect! The kids always look forward to the Little Legends Summit in the school holidays and they always come away having had such a fantastic time. We can't help but rave about The Little Legends program delivered by East Cost Care Connect ! From the well-organized schedule to the thoughtful reminders about essentials like hats, water bottles, and sunscreen, every detail was meticulously planned. The surf lessons with Soul Surf School were a highlight, creating unforgettable memories. The combination of lunch at Club Lennox and the afternoon of yoga, ice baths, meditation, and breathing provided a perfect balance of fun and relaxation. Kudos to the organizers for making a positive impact on our youths' mental health and well-being – your efforts are truly appreciated!
