I had an excellent experience with the Power BI online training courses at Dynamic Web Training. The sessions were very well-organised, and the trainers were highly skilled, offering a great mix of hands-on exercises, practical insights and clear explanations. The Advanced Power BI course, in particular, surpassed my expectations. The trainer broke down complex topics effectively and used practical exercises to reinforce the learning, with a well-balanced pace throughout.

I did the 2-day Xero Accounting course at the cost of $770. The venue is great and the trainer was good, but there wasn't 2 days worth of content. We were dismissed at 3pm each day and the trainer really had to s-t-r-e-t-c-h things out. DWT really shouldn't market this as a 2-day course, they're just wasting people's time and money.

The customer service consultant didn't listen and spoke non-stop without saying anything worthwhile. It was obvious that he didn't know his stuff and was trying to bluff his way through. When I asked him to listen rather than talk over the top of me, he hung up.
