Worked with DSC for 5 years between 2018-2023 before moving to NZ. Keenan and Darren went above and beyond to make sure I was consistently employed apart from a quiet patch during covid which was nobody's fault of course. I have gained a lot of skills by working on various projects which always looks good for your CV. They are prompt and easy to deal with and have a variety of jobs to suit your needs. Also I was always paid on time without any issues If you are punctual,hard working and have strong commitment they will keep you busy .If you're new to Sydney I would highly recommend DSC to anyone for employment.

Awesome team.
They absolutely made my Working holiday a great experience.
After farm job in Queens land I didn't have money, So I was getting like deep anxiety.
It was like "Am I able to work in Sydney? I don't have great English and any friends here. Possibly I'm gonna die here?😵"

But a week later since working for DSC. I got full of cash👍

Also I met many great guys at Job sites. I was happy to be there.

They booked me up with some temporary truck driving work last week and when that ended they offered me some more work installing solar panels. It's been good. Sesilia, Keenan and Darren have really looked after me. Very impressed.

Amazing staff, they were all very professional, especially the lady that interviewed me. I left the office very happy, and I just referred 3 friends over. I want to say a big thank you to the staffs of DSC personnel. Hopefully this puts a smile on their faces 🙂🙂🙂

I attended a job interview booked for 10am. Upon arrival noticed the office was very understaffed. The woman who interviewed me seemed unmotivated and spiteful, and was very rude to me.

1. I had to sit in a que of other interviewees and was eventually interviewed at 11, an hour later.

2. There were signs all over the office asking people to turn their phones off during an interview, however they answered the phone 3 times while interviewing me...

3. During my interview I eventually found out they couldn't promise me more than two days of work a week, and I was told I need to "understand it from their perspective". Despite working at other agencies that have offered me 5 days a week in the past.

4. The interviewer was so persistently rude and short with me I eventually got up and left, telling them to withdrawl my application.

I would recommend this company to someone who doesn't need the money and is happy to work random hours a week, whilst being talked to like an idiot by a low pay grade administrator.

For anyone else, I would suggest to look elsewhere.

DSC pay decent wages, and set out to find you full-time work.
If you don't like a job they'll find you one that suites you.

Absolutely hopeless at responding to you on time. Asked them to find me work on monday and that they would call me back. Never ended up getting that call back. After working for them for 1 year. They decided to end my contract and decided to be unprofessional

Wouldn't recommend these guys, they don't pay you for the hours you work.
