It's not often these days that you get a quality customer service experience like we received from Annie. Annie was friendly, professional, exrtemely patient and helpful. She really took the time to understand what we needed and helped to guide us to a decision. She even walked me to the car with all my things. People like Annie are a real asset and an amazing face of the business. It's experiences like this that keep customers coming back.

Delivery was very poor. Boxed Lounge wouldn’t fit through the front door. Delivery team had to leave it in the garage. I rang sales person and she said that sometimes happens and delivery guys call if there is a problem. She said she offered premium delivery with unpacking, setup and disposal of packaging rubbish. I said that’s not good enough, sure we didn’t take the premium delivery option but we should have been told that the lounge with packaging maybe too large of a standard doorway. Would have been a bigger problem if the garage had the car in it and my daughter was unable to find the key or if full of other furniture for example. Even worse it could have rained. Just not good enough! However the lounge itself is fantastic.

Took my Lenovo in a few months ago. Not working. ‘Screen blown’ was the prognosis.
Can’t be fixed.’
So I paid around $2000 for a new laptop plus software,
My Son dropped by a few weeks back. He is into microprocessors. Took it home. Ten minutes he found a loose connection. All good ever since.
I have been a top customer for many years. But no longer. I hate being conned.

We were able to purchase what we wanted, however the sales person reaked of cigarette. Not very pleasant for non smokers.However the delivery team were Great, having our new machine installed and old one taken away. Great service. Thanks
