Planning a wedding in Australia while based in Los Angeles was not going to be the easiest task, which is why we needed someone organized and on it. We couldn't have been happier with deciding to bring on Days Like These for our planning and coordinating. They made the planning experience fun and came with a ton of expertise and knowledge. When we got into Sydney we were offered so much support and really felt like we could turn off and enjoy all of our guests coming into town. On the day, our expectations were exceeded. Everyone couldn't stop commenting on how incredibly nice the staff was and how seamless the ceremony into reception went. 100/10 I'm so happy we have Em and her team in our lives forever now and so many beautiful memories to look back on.

We are beyond thrilled with how our wedding day turned out. It wouldn’t have been half as amazing without the coordination and support from Days Like These.

From the loveliest phone calls and tour of our venue with Em to our FaceTime catch ups with Lisa that were always full of laughs, we are so grateful for the support, tips and behind the scenes work that the girls did for us.

Lisa was our on the day coordinator and it was so incredible to have a friendly face there on the day working her magic.
Her can do attitude was so helpful on the day and she took care of us and our guests so well!

We didn’t have to worry about anything and we were able to fully enjoy ourselves and be present on the happiest day of our lives!

Em and her incredible team are the besties that you want with you on your big day!

We hired Days Like These Events to do our on the day coordination for our wedding ceremony and a few hours pre and post this, as well as two of her staff to do bar service for us at the ceremony. Emily and her girls were AMAZING! Emily liaised with all our vendors and took full control of everything on the day so that I could enjoy the moment and not be stressed about the details. She came past our accommodation and collected everything that was needed for the ceremony, as well as ice to keep the champagne cold! She was fully prepared with batteries when I forgot to put them in the bubble guns too! Honestly a real life Angel. Her girls took photos for us when we needed someone extra to take one, and Emily took some amazing mid ceremony snaps and videos - she was practically an on the day content creator! Em or one of her girls were always there with a full champagne for us too. Honestly the best money spent on the day! Thank you ladies so much! I couldn’t recommended you anymore xxx

Em, Sarah and Lauren were exceptional in their dealings with our family. The wedding day ran like clockwork and went incredibly smoothly with everyone having had a great time. I would have absolutely no problem recommending them to anyone wanting a fantastic wedding. They were calm, meticulous and were brilliant with our kids who were overseas and had to organise a wedding remotely. Em even went and picked up a lipstick for our daughter who had an hour to get to the church. Now that's 5 star..

A massive thank you to Em and the entire team at Days Like These Events, as well as Civico 47! Em was an absolute superstar in the lead up to our wedding, and even more so on the actual day! Our wedding day was truly special, everything was so seamless and we couldn't be happier!! Midway through my wedding planning journey I discovered on the day coordinators exist and I could not be happier to have stumbled across Days Like These Events website. Em and the team were so assuring and helpful while I worked out what exactly I wanted/needed (type A organised OCD girl). I was blessed to work with Sarah in the weeks leading up to our wedding, and on our wedding day. I was beyond shocked at the service provided by the girls and how beyond helpful they were to bring things together, even packing up at the end of the night. I don’t regret anything from our day, but one thing I am so thankful and grateful for, is engaging with the team at Days Like These. I knew having Sarah on the day I could switch off and not stress knowing she had everything sorted and would find a solution if anything did happen to go wrong. 10/10 🩷

My husband and I highly recommend Days like these events and photography! Beautiful Em was amazing! We had a huge change of plans moving our wedding location from Aus to Italy. They kindly sent Dax, one of their amazing photographers, over to Italy with us to shoot our amazing day! The communication was seamless before and during our wedding day! And the photographs themselves are stunning! Dax made us feel so at ease and also fitted into the family dynamics so easily! It was a pleasure using Days like These and highly recommend!
