Absolutely amazing customer service !

Purchased parts from an evindrude dealer in Sydney, the parts failed in 10 hours and they would not cover warranty..and said too bad

Went to dave hill marine to buy a new part and to ask why it failed.. they sorted me a new part and also sent off parts to head office for a full refund on them even though I didn't buy the original parts from them , greatly appreciate their professional customer service

Highly recommend this company and the team at dave hill !... will definitely buy all my parts here !

I go and see Noel whenever I need something Marine or anything to do with engines or boats, he can never do enough, a great man with a bundle of knowledge, and recently I had Cassandra serve me, she is very thorough, great place to buy stuff and always has some great bargains out back. Very disappointed. They had my lawn mower for 6 months.. Yes 6 months to be fixed under warranty and when we finally got it back it was broken again in 10 minutes. We won't be taking it back to them not for another 6 month wait. Unbelievable.

All of the staff were very understanding and accommodating, especially given the timing of the issue.
( between Xmas and New Years,) Fitted me in early he next morning. Other repairers had quoted weeks to source the parts- Noel had one on hand and had the issue fixed within an hour. Very thankful.
