I’ve been with them for a few months now I have never seen the same person more then twice, I go to school and they don’t even have that on there system i have to explain in every appointment the same thing and it’s never put onto my profile they also book appointments on days and times I can not attend due to school I go to full time. I am also pregnant and they do not seem to care very much

The lack of respect that you get from the workers is a disgrace. I was just spoken down to by a dimwit named Aaron at the Australian call centre and when I asked to speak to someone else I was informed that won't be happening and that if I don't like it tough. It seems that CVGT is just the same as every other "employment provider" they don't care about people just as long as they make money they are happy

Incompetent lazy and completely unprofessional staff esspecily Jodie. Cvgt constantly fail to meet appointments on time without notifying the client's before hand. (witch we the clients would be penalised for) they also have a bad habit of misleading information/lying, their communication skills are beyond appalling. No care what so ever about the personal growth and development of their clients. cvgt albury are only concerned about themselves and how easy they can make their jobs.
