I cannot recommend Eamon from Cupitt Movement highly enough. I have been consistently exercising at the gym for years and trialling different programs/challenges over time but nothing really stuck. As busy working mum, I was sick of not having control of my health and fitness and not knowing what I was doing wrong. I attend gym classes run by Eamon and love his training style. Eamon always gives great direction on form and is supportive of individual progression. I registered for the Cupitt Movement online coaching program 3 months ago and it has been one of the best decisions for my health, fitness and wellbeing. Weekly check ins really helped me to keep on track and maintain focus. Personal training sessions were great to kick off training to learn some foundational exercises and bigger weight lifts to help me build more strength in gym classes, at home and on my own in the gym. The online app is a really easy tool to add photos and descriptions of meals which was less overwhelming for me in my busy life. Eamon scheduled my training each week through the app based around gym classes and other exercise I had planned like soccer games and training. I have been really happy with my progress losing weight and increasing strength through the program. I have lost 6.5kgs and I won the 6 week challenge at the the gym. I have loved having a program that also focuses on overall wellbeing and mindset. I am so happy to have new habits, knowledge and confidence to continue forward as a happier, healthier and stronger person. Thanks so much Eamon!

I have been training with Cupitt Movement for just over 6 weeks and I can say that my expectations have been more than surpassed.
The platform is easy to use, and customised with workouts that help my lower back pain and more importantly surfing. Eamon is also very enthusiastic and reviews your training registers on an almost daily basis, if necessary correcting the exercises you sent in via video to prevent injury, he is particularly focused in this. I have never had an online coach and I can say it has been one of the best things I have done. While travelling it is the best option there is and I can already see physical results. I would totally recommend this training to everyone who is very interested in getting fit and healthy. Definitely worth it!

I could not recommend Eamon highly enough. His expert knowledge, level of care and attention to detail make him an excellent trainer. Before I started training with Eamon I was seeing a physio fortnightly and had knee and shoulder pain doing simple daily tasks like driving and going up stairs. After a few months of training I no longer feel twinges of pain and I feel stronger and more able to sustain ongoing exercise. Eamon spends time showing the correct form, is encouraging and able to adapt exercises to suit individual needs. He knows the correct progression of exercises and has been slowly increasing the difficulty once he is sure I have the correct form. And most importantly, workouts are fun and I look forward to every session!

Having worked out for a number of years and having had multiple trainers over this time, I feel I can confidently say that Eamon is one of the best trainers on the NSW south coast. He has consistently impressed me with his knowledge, personable skills and professionalism in delivering tough and well thought out programmed classes.
One of the standout skills he has brought to into the group training is his emotional intelligence - to know just when, and how, to impart his vast knowledge to improve client’s technique, take people out of their comfort zone for growth, and generally get the best out of people, which has led to numerous examples of client empowerment and pride within the gym (and gains!).
