“After completing a 3-day water fast, I was feeling a bit weak and decided to try oxygen hyperbaric therapy for recovery. It was the best decision! I went to Cultivate for a Sauna and an Ice Bath. The sauna was relaxing and I could play music to help past the time. I was greeted by a girl named Rheana. She was polite,bubbly and was so informed. Will be returning.

Can’t recommend these guys enough. We brought our gym in for a session and we all loved it! They have such a perfect range for all facets of recovery and are so supportive and easy going, this space truly makes for the perfect recovery centre 😮‍💨❤️

After being back running for 5 weeks I optimistically took on my first 25km trail run. Although I finished it my body definitely didn't want to. I went into Cultivate after to give my body some much needed TLC. Dayne the owner made my first experience there so warm and welcoming. Chucked on the footy and chatted for an hour while the Normatec boots worked their magic on my sore legs. He also requested I check in after a few days to ensure I have no continuing niggles that might need further attention. That kind of care in a follow up is why everyone speaks so highly of Cultivate Newcastle. You're not just a number their making money off. You're part of their community they are taking care of. Beautiful place, beautiful people, beautiful vibe 🫶🏽

I absolutely love coming to Cultivate for all my recovery needs, it is such a comfortable and welcoming environment. Everyone here is also so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I genuinely look forward to my appointments (even the freezing cold ice baths) purely because of the beautiful culture cultivate has created.
