Excellent, excellent provider! I found CTA training through the NSW website with licensed training providers after scrolling through many others that had very average, if not 1-star reviews on Google. I finally found CTA training, and all the reviews were positive. CTA was great. Quentin was a competent and engaging teacher. I was able to get a spot the day before the course, after being majorly stuffed around by another organisation. Definitely worth a bit of extra cost for the professionalism and ease of contact.

I completed both RSA and Food Safety training courses with CTA in 2024 and found the process was fairly seamless from start to finish. The online platform was user-friendly and I had no problem navigating through the modules at my own pace. The content on both courses was extensive, incredibly informative, well-structured, and covered all essential aspects clearly, with hyperlinks to legislation, regulations, guidelines and other useful documents. Interactive elements and real-world scenarios made the material informative but also highly applicable to actual service situations. Assessments were marked promptly so I could progress through the course at a good pace and timeframe that I needed. I’d be happy to enrol again with this group.

Completed RCG and RSA courses from CTA Training Specialists. Process was fluid, content was carried well. RCG was run virtually by teacher Paul Davies, who personalised the teaching by sharing interesting industry experiences and placed great emphasis on information which would be in the assessments further in the class. The content of both courses are reasonably succinct and all information provided in participant workbooks. No fuss and both can be finished within a day or two.

Such an amazing education program. The lay out / set up was amazing. Each module was clear and precise and was easy to follow through each one. I was educated thoroughly on each topic and understood everything by the end of the modules. Would definitely recommend!!

I did the online RSA NSW training with CTA training. Besides the fair pricing, they also managed to make this mandatory training feel like less of a drag. The online platform is easy to navigate and works great. The assignments were graded and assessed quickly. Would definitely recommend.
