It has wifi, I’ve rarely found the books i’m after at this library but at lest you get access to Hoopla which on occasion does have what I’m after. Even though this is a library it’s deemed a noisy library which sucks if you live in the area and are looking for a place to study. Which also if you aren’t in early you won’t get a seat to do so. There are community hall/spaces adjacent to the library in this building not sure why the knitting groups and rhyme time etc can’t be facilitated in these but i imagine SSC is too tight ass to allow such things

I am sitting, coffee in hand, in this most modern of libraries in Cronulla. The sign at the door sets the tone ‘this is a noisy space’, with suggestions of where to go if you want something quieter. The bistro style cafe offers toasties and smoothies, coffees and cakes and you’ll be served by a pleasantly spoken barrister who makes a lovely cup. It’s really quite relaxed and social, with board games being played at the tables and plenty of space to enjoy. As you’ll see from the pictures, there is actually a quieter end, but it doesn’t have that forbidden silence thing happening that you might find in other libraries. An awesome find. ?

Here again today 15/1 .. and lovin’ it. Drinking coffee, surrounded by books and a crochet club. It’s just great. I haven’t come across this in a library before ?

Lovely library and staff, helpful and knowledgeable.
Good place to read, catch up and or study or research.
Convenient cafe just on ramp into library with lovely variety of cakes, sandwich or rolls. Suitable for groups or individuals to grab a bite or take time out with tea or coffee

Hey fellow librarians. I've been coming to Cronulla library for a few years now and it keeps me coming back. It's very small but has free internet on their computers but only for 1 hour if you're a non member. It's alright but would like a bit longer. I like the lounge chairs and the staff are polite. I usually use their free WiFi. Lol.

Good library with plenty of the latest books available to read. Only suggestion I’d make is to please consider an alternative person to run the baby rhyme time. Someone who can actually engage with the children and read and sing in an animated and fun way. We left early today as we couldn’t believe how poorly run it was.

This toilet is the most filthy I have ever seen. You can hardly see yourself in the mirror… tissue paper boxes so dirty… the whole place is stinky as well as parent with children toilet. When I mentioned that to the cleaner he didn’t know what I was talking about… And this place supposed to be better than ours woman’s Center facility… you can’t even compare this two places. What a shame . Cronulla is going down in so many ways.
