the 1 star review goes to how clean and nicely looked after the place was however the reason that’s all they are getting is due to what I’m about to explain. The staff working there were very invasive with how families and their children were having fun and were quick to intervene with the fun that was perfectly safe and putting no one at risk. You were only allowed in the one lane they had chosen for you to go in and as I said was very quick to intervene with the fun children were having as there was another group of young children having fun splashing around playing Marco Polo in a safe manner and was quickly put to an end even though there was no issue with how they were playing.

Only rated 1 star for a few reasons I'll get into shortly, the only positive thing I can say about the experience is the cleanliness of the environment. I went in with my Family, shortly after entering the water, I was quickly told I couldn't play in fun but safe manner with my 15yr old. Then while playing with my 3yr old staff were quick to interrupt and complain about the safe manner I was playing with him.

I also noticed the staff constantly hounding a group of small children who where just trying to play and have a good time, these kids were also playing in a reasonably safe manner and like the 2 events mentioned beforehand there was no reason at all other than what I can only assume is a power trip to behave in such an obtrusive manner.

Seems like some parents are ganging up over the same incident and writing several bad reviews. One review is probably enough. I personally prefer kids to play quietly at the pool. We all have a right to peaceful enjoyment 🙂

Very nosey, telling you how to play with your own kids in the water, not letting kids be kids have fun jump n splash around ( there was "too many waves going into the lanes making the line markers move ?)

Your appointed a dedicated swimming spot.

Gained a star due to being very clean and tidy, very nice spot.
