My initial enquirey with Jeremy was regarding Recognized Prior Learning (RPL) for a National qualification.
It was pretty clear to me in a few minutes of the conversation that Jeremy was not really interested in RPL. Jeremy's demeanor on the phone was very cocky and smug. I found Jeremy used at lot of demeaning "Gotcha Moments" that make you feel undignified.
I believe from my initial conversation, the evidence you are required to supply for assessment will make RPL qualifications very difficult to achieve with this RTO.
Jeremy admitted towards the end of the conversation that their organisation do very little RPL assessments and is not part of their focus.
I ask "Why advertise you do then"?

Experience:

Jerome offered me a lot of information about the course, process of enrolment, and applying for S & S Funding possible course outcomes as well as industry expectations as it relates to the expectations of work and study.

Jerome encouraged me to seek out more information about the course, the industry requirements and the course outcomes before coming forward to make an application.

Jerome did not promise me S & S Funding not did he guarantee me a place for enrolment. He simply stated the process, the facts and the possible outcomes for the course.
