Excellent service. Very Helpful. Every time I go in there, the staff are always very friendly and more than happy to assist with my endeavors to discover new authors, find a book I have previously read with only a synopsis of the story line or part of the title/authors name. If your a book worm on a budget ,visiting your local library is the best way to start ticking off your book bucket list! I recently discovered that if you are nice and speak with the librarian about a new release book they don't have yet they will order it in. So for the cost of a please and thankyou, like magic, in a few weeks you will be up all night reading a book you thought you would never get a chance to read. I love finding little tips like this that bring joy to everyone.

There is one front desk staff quite rude and unhelpful. Customer service and politeness goes a long way. Being polite and kind shouldn't be too much asking.

Do not know the woman who I asked whether I could take a book out without my card but for a public worker she was very condescending and made me feel like a complete idiot thanks alot whoever you were I I believe it would be a good idea to go on a refresher course for good manners and help fullness
