I have had now had my hair streaked twice and a facial. All experiences have been exemplary. The professionalism, communication and end results are better than a lot of salons charging 4 times the price. My compliments and thanks to the 3 ladies Tiana, Michelle and Beth who are all brilliant at what they do.

I have never been treated so rude when going to get my hair done. Still in shock.

First of all, when walking in the lady who came to the front desk was extremely impolite which is definitely not the impression they should be giving clients who are about to trust learning students with their hair.

After that I walked into the salon, got introduced to the student who was going to be doing my hair and got all organized. I was then approached by the teacher who spoke to me in such a disgusting manner. I was told that the hair that I was hoping to get was unachievable which I understood and know as I've gone through the process of going brown to blonde before. At the beginning I explained that I knew it wouldn't go completely platinum blonde but to just go as light as possible.
After she finished explaining to the student that it wasn't possible I went to tell her how I was completely fine with it and to try and work out what we would do I was blatantly told to be quiet.

As the client I 100% have the right to have a say in what is going on with my hair ect and to be told to stop talking was not acceptable.
he then proceeded to throw her qualifications and experience in my face which again is extremely unprofessional and unnecessary.

Customer service is all about making sure your clients/ customers walk out as happy or even happier than when they arrived and that definitely was not the case today. Im not sure what the other services are like but I would not ever recommend going to the salon.

What a waste of time. Very disappointed.
