If you’re thinking of coming here, stop thinking and book it! The absolute best in the business. Sheer excellence but more importantly a whole lot of heart and care. This team truly go above and beyond to create something magical. We have held every major event starting from our wedding over ten years ago here. No one does it like Lenny and his team! The food 10/10, service 10/10, venue spaces 10/10 (we have used both rooms and The Renior room 3 times). I just want to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for yet another wonderful milestone celebration held at Conca Doro Renoir Lounge. Dad absolutely loved his 90th Birthday. The food was delicious as expected, the Renoir Lounge looked exquisite. Your waiter staff were exceptional, always attentive, polite and ready to serve with a smile. Nothing was too much trouble. The professionalism made the lunch all the more special taking care of every need, a reflection of Lenny, who has every detail perfected for any event.
A very special thank you to Lenny. You can rest assured that any event organised through Lenny, will make your celebration organisation effortless and sincerely feel special. We truly appreciate his dedication and care. Nothing is ever a problem and that makes all the difference. That is why we keep coming back for our milestones over the years. Dad has already booked his 100th - pencil that in Lenny!

Wayne and I were very happy to have chosen Conca D'oro as our venue for both our ceremony and reception. I remember the moment we stepped inside their venue to inquire about their wedding packages, we were blown away by the customer service we experienced from Fran. She was very passionate about weddings, about the venue, the legacy it has, and what they do well (ie food and service). Even with the limited budget we had, and during a time when their business suffered from the effects of COVID19 on the wedding industry, never did we feel that Fran was just trying to make business -- we felt the genuine appreciation she had for her job and the genuine connection she was trying to make with people. She listened to all our requests, answered all our queries... and made everything possible for us. She was there every step of the way and every good thing we envisioned, was there, wonderfully made, placed on the wedding day. The centrepieces, the food, the decor -- everything was lovely 🙂 Our guests enjoyed the wedding and were so relaxed and had a lot of nice words to say about the food and service. The beef cheeks were a hit! The calamari were amazing! The desserts to die for! Everyone had a big smile on their face during the day -- the kids, the parents, our staff.. But most importantly, Wayne and I enjoyed our wedding and were very pleased on how it turned out. The only thing that could be improved would probably just be the speakers at the Regal. There were moments during the wedding where when we were playing the video from the computer and somehow the sound came out static-y at times or there were sudden loud jolts. But for us this is a minor thing, and we would still choose Conca D'oro if we were to get married again haha. Thanks again Fran and team! Thanks Conca D'oro.

Where to start. We attended a wedding here and let’s just say it wasn’t the greatest experience. To start, we were meant to be inside the venue at 6:00. Fast forward 40 minutes and we were still waiting. The foyer is tiny and considering the wedding we attended had nearly 400 guests there was no room and nowhere to sit for the elderly guests. They even closed the doors to the street so we were crammed into this tiny space waiting to go in. When we did go in, the venue was so crammed that you couldn’t even go to the bar to get a drink as the tables were so close so it made it very difficult. Service was also non existent. Also the toilets were down a flight of stairs so I’m unsure as to how someone who is elderly or has a disability would manage to go to the bathroom. We were on table 1. They forgot my mother in laws entree and had to be told numerous times and then forgot her main as well and once again had to be told numerous times to get it. She did not have any dietary requirements, they just seemed to miss her both times. The main smelled bad. Like the meat was no good to the point where it became a conversation topic and we didn’t eat it in case it was off. Due to the night running late many things were rushed and hurried. I’d seriously consider looking at other venues before saying yes here.

We had our wedding reception in the Conca Doro Regal Ballroom, and we couldn't have asked for a better evening. From the get-go, Sam patiently guided us through the initial planning down to the smallest details, and made everything so easy. On the night, Luke and the boys were very accommodating of a slight schedule adjustment for a late-running groomsman, and their professionalism and friendliness put us at ease immediately.

From the moment we stepped out of the limo, we were whisked away into the cosy bridal room and instructed to relax and enjoy canapes while final preparations were made upstairs. The venue was decked out to perfection; so much care went into ensuring everything was even better than I imagined, and the ambiance was just wonderful. Walking into the beautiful ballroom was a magical experience, and the rest of the evening was no less enchanting.
