Disgusting, they want your rent on time but try to get repairs done, huhh, wasting your time,(example, 9 windows, 4 flyscreen clips on each window (probably $2.00 each and they cry no BUDGET) that isn't all they need to fix either. they getting 100% rent so the house should be working 100%. "UPDATE" they don't miss you when rent increase but give you a WIDE BIRTH when repairs need doing.
