This could be the best Coles Store in New South Wales. Fresh layout and spacious aisles. It is a pleasure to shop here and the location is just amazing.

I've been shopping at this grocery supermarket for a few months now, and I must say that the staff are absolutely a gem! They're always friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to make sure you find what you need. The customer service is truly exceptional.

The prices are reasonable, not the lowest in town, but good value for the quality you get. However, the variety of products is where this supermarket falls short. Specifically, the international cuisine section is quite limited, which is a shame for those of us who enjoy cooking dishes from around the world.

Despite this, I continue to shop here because of the fantastic staff and the convenience of the location. If they could expand their international offerings, I'd give them a 5-star rating without hesitation.

Overall, a solid choice for your grocery needs, with a special shoutout to the wonderful staff who make shopping here a pleasure!

Just a horrible experience I finished my shift after from Wollongong hospital. I am doctor by profession. It 10.50 pm and I was rushing to stuff for my kid who was sick . 10.50pm I was told that I have only 1 min to shop and then extremely rude behaviour by the lady who was wearing glasses and on asking her name she just totally and went . This is not expected from Cole’s . Sad to see such people working here

No registers are open for customers doing a large shop with a trolley in the morning. They only have the small self serve checkouts open for customers buying a few items with a basket. I love scanning and packing my own groceries but they don’t have the larger self serve checkouts open for customers needing more space to pack groceries. There is not enough space to pack own groceries at the small checkouts. It’s so frustrating! Not even a staff assisted checkout is open! Why are they discouraging customers from doing a large grocery shop in the morning? This is the only time I can do my grocery shop due to work commitments. OPEN ANOTHER REGISTER!! I don’t have this problem at Aldi or Woolworths!

Good place to shop. Staff can definitely use bit of a training on how to talk with customers. Was rudely told to scan toilet roll first and she constantly stood by me until i was done scanning all items.
