Actually open to 9pm nightly. Anything after 9pm is a high pressure, high stake negotiation to close the store by 10pm. Don’t attend after 9pm unless you have your a thorough analysis of each aisle and product you need, don’t take a trolley in as it constitutes a breach, don’t ask any questions of staff as your post 9pm entry validity will be re-assessed.

Any adjustment or place-back of product will not be tolerated, any product once touched will be considered purchased as it’s a potential exceedance of closure.

If the number of products in the trolley exceed the number of minutes remaining to 10pm, you will be required to forfeit the trolley at the front counter which is the equivalent processing time per product (1 product scanned per minute) which may exceed 10pm critical juncture.

I am always looking to save in the current climate and have been heading for the fresh food displays to look for those bargains.

Not sure on the best times to go for those bargains or marked down, reduced items but there is always something if you are not fussy.

I always check their catalogues both online and the physical copies they have to plan my shop.

You can also download and just use the Coles App to check pricing before shopping just in case.

The App allows you to purchase click and collect too.

There is a click and collect parking area near the entrance of the store which is handy.

There are always plenty of trolleys whenever I go to Coles. This Coles does not require payment, or a coin, to use the trolleys which is great.

The convenience of not having to hunt around for a gold coin is a bonus.

This Coles, yhough small, had a full range of fresh produce, groceries and frozen goods.

Good service by the service desk staff member and the transaction smooth quick efficient and without fuss.

Good location with easy access and plenty of space to move around. Though could be different during peak periods when visitors come to town to stay.

Overall good store and has everything I needed and stocked everything I wanted.

It’s a pretty standard Coles, tucked away in a small shopping village which has a few smaller shops. The Coles was nice and quiet on a Thursday night, some good specials and friendly staff. There was one aisle open with a person working but all the rest self serve. I have my own thoughts on self serve but it is what it is.

Extremely rude staff member. We wanted to change the fly buys card used for our purchase. Asked the staff member attending the self-serve checkout for help. Received abrupt answers with an extra serving of unhelpful, rude and dismissive attitude. Her answer was also factually incorrect. You can change the fly buys card by simply scanning the new card.

One cools to the whole village is small, great, everything is available. You have great parking too.

Today I experienced someone very negative comments from a staff member , both me and my friends also endured this.
We had just come from the beach and had no other clothes other than our swimmers, when we over heard this old lady saying stuff to another worker directed at us. It was very rude and inappropriate. She was looking at us and talking about our clothes and our bodies, as a minor this is very targeting!.

The Vincentia Coles is a smaller version of the usual Coles' presentation, but that said, it's a bright, modern, well-stocked supermarket with competitive pricing. Still, pet food and snacks overrepresented, in that there are repeats of the same product. There's a small deli and a satisfactory range of fruit and vegetables, all looking fresh. The usual quick-meal options. Staff numerous, but self-checkout, despite its robotics, quickest.
