Price gouging out of control. ALDI is just across the road. Better off supporting a smaller supermarket than these big exploitative companies.

The push to self service is atrocious! There is no longer an express checkout and if you have a trolley of groceries you nearly need to beg to have a register opened. The front staff run on Skelton numbers and are stretched just looking after self service.

This has been my local until recently that I've changed back to Woolworths with 2 registers opened, served express lane as well as self service.

The only thing going for coles is the underground parking but I'll easily goto woolies for the customer service!

The whole Ambience shopping centre stinks of sewerage, there is an open pit in the basement carpark and no one seems to be addressing the problem. It's been like this for a few days this time.

typical coles with very few staff working. some you few that you run the place because the only checkouts open are the self service... There is a reduced number of workers comparing to safeway and aldi.

I did see a few people with Coles work clothing on they looked like customers with there hands in there pockets. Happy watching customers standing in the line ups to serve themselves.
At Aldi they chuck yr itms at u .but at lest they serve u .no hands in pockets or on the phone ...
