I shop from here most of the times and I would say most of the staffs are well mannered except for one. She looked Indian and unfortunately I can’t remember her name. I will update the comment if I get a chance to know her name. She was very rude. We are a bit late while checking items out and pay and it was already 5/6 mins after 10pm (closing time). One of the nice lady was helping us out so that we can check out quickly and they can close the shop. Another lady came in and asked the nicer lady to clock out. The second lady told us, be mindful of the time next time. We were almost done and she didn’t have be so rude. Would have given the place 5 star if this rude lady wasn’t part of this Coles

The night shift team need to announce closing time and give an ample time for shoppers to complete whatever they need to do, not yelling out we are closing, we are closing. Please be polite we know u want to go home don’t have to be rude. Worst customer service ever. 🙄 Where’s your Coles Value 🤦‍♂️

Chaotic price tags (see the three price tags!) and obviously if one is in a hurry you gravitate on the yellow price tag & don’t bother to kneel down to look at the description of the sale item. When returning items, took a long time to process whilst one of two salesperson on the actual lane needs to finish serving other customers. No apologies offered and I have to point out to take off and fix the confusing price tags. One star (or less) for service! These days customers need to do the scanning/checkout/bagging which does not necessarily equate to lower prices but increased profits to the company.

Ordered from Uber today. They put rotten cucumbers, if you don’t have good things you could just skip rather putting rubbish. That’s not only first time all the time put rubbish cucumbers.

They like to sell faulty gift cards that take weeks and weeks to get replaced and when you talk to their gift card department on the phone they use every excuse not to refund you like you said the wrong details and so forth like that

I was at Coles at Woodcroft Village and got some simple items at Coles. The staff were quite easy to deal with and the lady at the self serve tills was very good and tried to help me with some cheaper priced peanut butter.

They have all the same items as Woolworths does, so you just have to look at the areas you want to compare.

It was easy and quick to find things in store and the staff are very good at knowing were things are and what isle they may be in.
