I walked into a beautiful chilled fresh fruit and vegetables...I felt like I was at a fresh food market. Beautiful. I'm impressed. Strange Problem. I requested to speak to the manager. Staff wet numb ...? Could not believe I was told to go online to communicate?. Unbelievable. I had a compliment to give the shop the whole shop......I wanted to give a beautiful compliment and I was told....go online ...no one wanted to receive a compliment.....the whole world 🌎 has gone mad. Great supermarket. Clean friendly .easy to shop . Easy to park. Passage ways are wide and trolley friendly.shop was not over full as staff numbers were enough for the number of shoppers.
At the end of the day it’s a Coles supermarket and they are nearly all good

Consistently no fresh bakery items on a saturday. Staff accessing draws under checkout while your scanning items hitting legs in the process.

Good fresh produce & fresh flowers. A large Coles neat & tidy. The self check outs were unavailable when I visited which was inconvenient as I was in a hurry

This Saturday before Sunday Easter, Coles was crazy busy. We went to the self service machines to pay and there, was a lady organising the clients and at the same time organising colleagues through her work device, she was amazing! She didn’t stop, was always giving instructions to staff members and caring about them and our wellbeing and checking our machines to see if the machine was ok, sending clients to the quickest checkout, smiling at the same time 👏
Her name is Carissa! Well done ! You are amazing Carissa 👏👏👏 Coles should give you a bonus, you work hard!
