Such an awesome place to learn martial arts. Coaches and staff are top-class but more so, they are friendly, approachable, and down to earth people. Whether you’re looking to start a hobby, get fit, or become a competitor. CDL definitely can support your goals.

I started in this gym about 3 months ago and I enjoy my sessions lead by amazing Jesh. I do Muay thai and Jiujitsu, Jesh is a good coach to go through basics all the way to advance, he spends time to explain the correct techniques and make sure you polish your techniques every time

What I like about the gym is the cleanliness and positivity of attitude and behaviour, I havent been to seven hills but i hear that gym is also very good. Perhaps if you are looking for a place to build up on you marshal art techniques at a place that students have a polite and positive attitude/behaviour, CDL is the place 🙂

I’ve been training at CDL for almost a year and I cannot fault it. All the coaches, facilities and people are awesome. The family and community is very hard to match and you’re welcomed from your first lesson. A big shoutout to all the coaches for creating such an unreal culture for people of all ages. If you’re looking to start BJJ, Maui Thai or MMA I’d highly recommend you try this gym.

Excellent place to train! Would highly recommend Clube De Lutas for anyone looking to get into Brazilian jiu-jitsu and/mixed martial art, particularly for any women looking for a gym that feels inclusive and safe. This gym is great, their classes are fun and everyone’s friendly. They also have highly technical classes for the advanced. I really recommend this gym for anybody looking to learn self defence.
