Vary bad experiences with them
Trainer most of the time talking with phone and if you’re foreign it’s very hard for communication.

20 mins late....Confined space course absolute disgrace
Trainer stated I didn't pass due to there policy's failed 1 question I didn't understand so 99 percent i got correct.. thru all my courses I had never seen a course state that they will fail a person. In courses like this you are there to pass not fail
The trainer stated you can go thru google to get answers and booklets
But can't help with the answers
Also had recorded me in his office degrading me as I sat there being the last person in the class room as if I was joke

Was a two day forklift course had theory explained properly but practical we only had like 30 minutes training and then were tested on high lifts we didn't even get to practice even once. Alot of the time we were sitting around doing nothing. For the amount u pay training is definitely insufficient and unfair to be assessed with so little training. Practical training is very inadequate , either have two trainers or make it a 3 day course.

Trainer lost paper work for plant training multiple times. They also use the students to do odd jobs on their sites which have nothing to do with the training. For example, using a skid steer to remove weeds along the fence line.

High tech simulators for training and qualifications. Best VET provider in SA for civil construction.

Great premises. The cafe no longer exists on the first floor 🙁
